Mr. AndrewChanga

Mr. Andrew Changa joined the East African Communications Organization (EACO) on 18th January 2022.
Prior to his appointment, he was the Senior Officer In-charge of the North Western Regional Office at the Uganda Communications Commission, an ICT Regulator in Uganda.  He has over 13 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology Sector where he worked as a NOC Engineer, Network Planning and Optimisation Engineer, Configuration Management Engineer and NOC Manager for a mobile telecommunications operator, Senior Communications Officer with the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance in Uganda, a policy maker and as an In-charge of the South Western regional Office with the ICT regulator in Uganda.

He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and an Msc. in Data Communication and Software Engineering all from Makerere University, Kampala
