Mr. Alexis Sinarinzi is Lawyer from University of Burundi, and has a vast professional experience of over 18 years in different sectors, with 10 years in the telecommunication sector. He has worked for Burundi Education Ministry as Teacher, Trade and Industry Ministry as Legal Advisor in the Office of Minister, Parliament as Legislative Director in the Senate, and Manager of Project "Support to the Functioning of the Parliament of Burundi” funded by the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium. He also served as Legal Officer before being promoted as Head Legal Affairs and Consumers Protection in Burundi Regulatory Authority of Telecommunications (ARCT). He participated and contributed at national, regional and international fora.
