Finance, Audit & Risks Management Committee & Leadership of WGs and Committees.

The Finance, Audit & Risks Management Committee (FARMC) & Leadership of WGs and Committees will take place in Kampala, Uganda from 18th - 22nd May 2026. This event is sponsored by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) on behalf of the Republic of Uganda. The Team will review the annual performance of the EACO Activities as well the review of the next Financial Year Budget.

The East African Communications Organization (EACO) is a regional organization that brings together national ICT regulators, operators, services providers (in the telecommunication, broadcasting and postal sub-sectors) ICT training institutions and other stakeholders in the communication sector within Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. The broad objective of EACO which was established in 2000 is to strengthen and promote cooperation among the seven EAC Countries in the development and provision of postal, telecommunication and broadcasting services in East Africa and Headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda.
