The 31st Annual Assemblies of EACO

The 31st Annual Assemblies of EACO will take place in Kigali, Rwanda from 22nd - 26th June 2026. This event is sponsored by the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) on behalf of the Republic of Rwanda. The members of WGs and Committees are urged to attend, for they will submit their reports to the Assembly of Telecom, Postal, Regulatory and Broadcasters.

The Country information, venue and details for hotel booking shall be circulated in due course.

The East African Communications Organization (EACO) is a regional organization that brings together national ICT regulators, operators, services providers (in the telecommunication, broadcasting and postal sub-sectors) ICT training institutions and other stakeholders in the communication sector within Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. The broad objective of EACO which was established in 2000 is to strengthen and promote cooperation among the seven EAC Countries in the development and provision of postal, telecommunication and broadcasting services in East Africa and Headquartered in Kigali, Rwanda.
