The Forum serves as the primary platform for policy dialogue, MoU signing, technical knowledge exchange and strategic partnership development in the postal and logistics sector. Each edition focuses on advancing digital postal transformation, harmonising cross-border logistics standards and ensuring that universal postal service obligations are met in the digital age. The Forum rotates annually across EACO member state capitals.
